Introduction

At OBSESSIONz Fashion, quality, hygiene, and fairness are core to our operations. To protect all our clients and maintain high standards, the following refund and exchange guidelines apply.

In-Store Purchases

• Refunds are not available for physical store purchases
• Exchanges are permitted but not immediate
• Items must be returned within 48 hours of purchase
• All returned items undergo a 7-day verification review
  • This review confirms that items have not been worn, sprayed with perfume, stained, or tampered with
• Exchange requests may be approved or declined after verification

Online Purchases (WhatsApp & Website)

• Orders may be refunded or exchanged only if not yet dispatched
• Once dispatched, items must be returned within 72 hours of pickup
• Returned items are subject to a 15-day inspection and review process
• This ensures every request is handled fairly and consistently

Important Notes

• All delivery and return logistics costs are the customer’s responsibility
• White outfits must not be tried, worn, or tested once dispatched
• Any breach automatically voids eligibility for refund or exchange
